Әйелдердің ақпараттық-коммуникациялық технологиялар (бұдан әрі – АКТ) секторына қатысуы инклюзивті цифрлық трансформацияның маңызды элементі ретінде жиі қарастырылуда. Зерттеуде цифрландыру және гендерлік көрсеткіштердің өңірлік экономикалық өсуге ықпалы талданып, АКТ саласындағы әйелдердің қатысуы неғұрлым инклюзивті даму үлгілерінің қалыптасуына ықпал ете ме деген мәселе бағаланады. Талдау 2010–2024 жж. аралығындағы Қазақстанның 16 өңірі бойынша теңгерілген панельдік деректерге негізделген. Pooled OLS моделі, екі факторлы тұрақты әсерлер (Twoway Fixed Effects) моделі және гетероскедастикалыққа орнықты, кластерленген стандартты қателер қолданылды. Екі факторлы тұрақты әсерлер моделінің бағалаулары жалақы деңгейінің өңірлік экономикалық өсудің ең тұрақты детерминанты екенін көрсетеді (β = 1.330; p < 0.001), ал негізгі капиталға инвестициялар шекті статистикалық мәнділікті сақтайды (β = 0.126; p = 0.060). Адам капиталы көрсеткіші статистикалық тұрғыдан мәнді теріс ішкіөңірлік әсерді көрсетеді (p < 0.001), ал цифрландыру индикаторлары мен гендерлік айнымалылар статистикалық тұрғыдан мәнді емес болып табылады.Нәтижелер цифрландыру көрсеткіштері мен гендерлік айнымалылардың өңірлік және уақыттық тұрақты әсерлерді ескергеннен кейін жалпы өңірлік өнімге статистикалық мәнді ішкіөңірлік ықпал етпейтінін көрсетеді.
