Азық-түлік өнімдерінің суық тізбек логистикасы тез бұзылатын өнімдердің сапасы мен қауіпсіздігін сақтауда және жеткізу тізбектерінің тұрақтылығын қамтамасыз етуде маңызды әлеуметтік рөл атқарады. Зерттеудің мақсаты – азық-түлік өнімдерінің суық тізбек логистикасы мен оны басқару саласындағы ғылыми зерттеулердің даму динамикасын, тақырыптық құрылымын және перспективалы бағыттарын анықтау. Зерттеу әдіснамасы ғылыми жарияланымдарды жүйелі библиографиялық, библиометриялық және мазмұндық талдауға негізделген. Бастапқы деректер жиынтығына Dimensions дерекқорында 2002–2024 жылдар аралығында жарияланған 936 еңбек енгізілді; тақырыптық іріктеуден кейін 250 жұмыс тереңдетілген талдау үшін таңдап алынды. Деректер VOSviewer және Biblioshiny бағдарламаларының көмегімен өңделіп, жарияланымдар динамикасына талдау жүргізілді. Нәтижелер жарияланымдар санының орташа жылдық өсімі 9–11%-ды құрағанын, ал еңбектердің 38,6%-ы 2021–2024 жылдары жарияланғанын көрсетті. Зерттеулерге 32 елдің авторлары қатысты: жарияланымдардың 25%-ы Қытайға, Үндістан мен АҚШ-қа 6,5%-дан, Италия мен Ұлыбританияға 5%-дан тиесілі болды. 58 ғылыми журнал мен жинақта жарияланған еңбектердің шамамен 39%-ы он жетекші дереккөзге тиесілі болды. Пәндік құрылымда инженерлік ғылымдар – 20%, бизнес және менеджмент – 15%, компьютерлік ғылымдар – 13%, шешім қабылдау ғылымдары – 10% үлеспен басымдық танытты. Жеті негізгі тақырыптық бағыт анықталды: температуралық бақылау, тұрақты даму, азық-түлік қауіпсіздігі, технологиялық инновациялар, цифрландыру, әлеуметтік-экономикалық тұрақтылық және инфрақұрылымды дамыту. Алынған нәтижелер зерттеулердің қазіргі жағдайын жүйелейді және суық тізбектердің тұрақты дамуына арналған цифрлық, технологиялық және басқарушылық шешімдерді әзірлеуде пайдаланылуы мүмкін.
