Логистика холодовой цепи пищевых продуктов и социальная устойчивость: библиометрический анализ

Аннотация

Логистика холодовой цепи пищевых продуктов играет важную социальную роль в сохранении качества и безопасности скоропортящейся продукции и обеспечении устойчивости цепей поставок. Цель исследования — выявить динамику развития, тематическую структуру и перспективные направления научных исследований в области логистики и управления холодовой цепью пищевых продуктов. Методология исследования основана на систематическом библиографическом, библиометрическом и содержательном анализе научных публикаций. Исходный массив данных включал 936 публикаций, представленных в базе данных Dimensions за 2002–2024 годы; после тематического отбора 250 работ были отобраны для углублённого анализа. Обработка данных проводилась с использованием программ VOSviewer и Biblioshiny и включала анализ динамики публикаций. Результаты показали, что среднегодовой прирост числа публикаций составил 9–11%, при этом 38,6% работ были опубликованы в 2021–2024 годах. В исследованиях приняли участие авторы из 32 стран; на Китай пришлось 25% публикаций, на Индию и США — по 6,5%, на Италию и Великобританию — по 5%. Десять ведущих источников обеспечили около 39% публикаций, представленных в 58 научных журналах и сборниках. В предметной структуре преобладали инженерные науки — 20%, бизнес и менеджмент — 15%, компьютерные науки — 13% и науки о принятии решений — 10%. Выделены семь основных тематических направлений: температурный контроль, устойчивое развитие, безопасность пищевых продуктов, технологические инновации, цифровизация, социально-экономическая устойчивость и развитие инфраструктуры. Полученные результаты систематизируют современное состояние исследований и могут использоваться при разработке цифровых, технологических и управленческих решений для устойчивого развития холодовых цепей.
