Постоянно расширяющаяся зона влияния логистики соответственно увеличивается количество процессов и рисковых ситуаций, которые могут возникнуть в логистической деятельности компании. В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы и методы управления рисками в цепочках поставок, акцентируя внимание на необходимости минимизации риска для обеспечения безопасности и устойчивости цепи поставок. Цель исследования заключается в проведении теоретико-методологического анализа процессов управления логистическими рисками на промышленных предприятиях. Для достижения этой цели использованы методы системного анализа, классификации и оценки рисков, с акцентом на многоуровневую защиту цепочки поставок. В качестве исходных данных рассмотрены слабые места в системе управления цепями поставок, а также влияние различных факторов на безопасность и эффективность логистических процессов. Основные результаты показывают, что эффективное управление логистическими рисками позволяет минимизировать прерывания в работе цепей поставок, уменьшить финансовые потери и снизить негативное воздействие на клиентов. В ходе исследования предложены ключевые направления по совершенствованию управления рисками, в том числе использование инноваций и улучшение правовой базы. Результаты также подчёркивают необходимость дальнейших исследований в области оценки новых рисков, возникающих в условиях цифровизации логистических систем. Будущие исследования могут быть направлены на разработку более комплексных методов анализа рисков и изучение их взаимосвязи с цифровыми технологиями в логистике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern companies operate in an environment of heightened uncertainty and rapid change, requiring them to adapt flexibly to shifting external conditions. The constantly expanding scope of logistics increases the number of processes and risk situations that may arise in a company's logistics operations. This article examines the key issues and methods of risk management in supply chains, emphasizing the importance of risk minimization to ensure the safety and stability of the supply chain. The study aims to conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of risk management processes in industrial enterprises' logistics operations. To achieve this goal, methods of system analysis, risk classification, and risk assessment were used, with a focus on multi-level protection of the supply chain. The study examines the vulnerabilities in supply chain management systems and the impact of various factors on the safety and efficiency of logistics processes. The main results demonstrate that effective risk management in logistics can minimize supply chain disruptions, reduce financial losses, and mitigate negative impacts on customers. The study proposes key directions for improving risk management, including the use of innovations and the enhancement of the legal framework. The findings also highlight the need for further research into the evaluation of new risks emerging with the digitalization of logistics systems.
